What could follow
A lightweight core collection could be followed by larger libraries. Optional source-based AI navigation may be evaluated later, with the original documents and conventional search remaining usable on their own.
What happens first
The current milestone is the publication foundation. Software implementation, hardware appliances, and commercial bundles require separate decisions.
